English edition is mostly English, while bilingual edition consists of English and Chinese.

Most of the Chinese characters may come up as strange symbols if your system doesn't have corresponding language support.  You can enable it by encoding to Chinese Simplified (GB2312), as below.  You do not need to install Chinese system, just use Internet Explorer 5, or newer.
